In October,2018 the representatives of the nGO Futuro Digitale,from Italy, (Roberto Sacca, Antonio Giccone, Luciano Spadaro) for the project Health is the first step to empowerment, in front of 15 young people shared the results and experiences for their healthy challenge in Vlasina Lake. The young people had opportunities to learn more about Erasmus project benefits and through workshops they presented their healthy habbits.

The Bulgarian partner of the project Health is the first step to empowerment, gathered 20 youngsters from the municipality of Stara Zagora and prepared brief presentation about the benefits of the healthy lifestyle. The group started the workshop with a couple of name games and ice breakers and continued with a brief presentation about the benefits of living healthy lifestyle.

The presentation about healthy lifestyle and myths, was organized in Romania, by our partner Yellow Shirts. Through useful videos and information, our representative Andreea Caplescu explained and broke the myths related with eating healthy food. The youngsters were also introduced with a session about Erasmus plus programme.

In december 2018, the participant from Turkey, representing the ngo Youth Season Asociation, held a workshop about healthy lifestyle, healthy challenges and shared the results of the project. Also she shared her experience in Serbia, Vlasina lake for a first time, and the influence of fresh air towards the participants. In the end of the presentation, the participants had a chance to take a look in the video recored and made by the participants of the mobility in Vlasina Lake.

The project coordinator of Serbian Ngo “Youth Workers Alliance Vranje” in the municipality of Vranje, organised workshop for 20 people, where they were introduced with the project Health Is the first step to empowerment and learned more about the Erasmus plus project. She shared with the participants materials and videos prepared by the participants in Vlasina, and encourage everyone to apply and be part of at least one Erasmus exchange.
She shared the fan page and website of the project and exchange contact with the present youngsters to invite them to apply in future Erasmus plus projets.

Our Partner from Macedonia, Next Generation, organised a local workshop for the students from rural areas in Skopje, Macedonia. Gjoko Grdanovski and Andrej Nestorovski were facilitating the session and presented with the other their experience in the summer youth exchange in Vlasina Lake.
